Like many of my pieces, this one starts with a box. The imagery is from the cover of a salvaged Freeman's International View art magazine from 2018. The eye portion adhered to the inside of the top of a service bell. A vintage compass serves as the contaner for many odds and ends including an antique watch face, a bingo marker, a white appliance knob, beads, buttons, bits of computer pieces, a small gear, game pieces, a skull charm, and more. The sides have wooden vine that came from a vintage wine gift box. At the top center of the front is a vintage pin back button for a lapel that says, This is the Victory and includes a cross. When looking at the entire piece, you can see that the pieces spell the word LOVE, with the service bell as the "O" and the compass as the "V, " and game peices for the "L" and "E."
