Returns and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
The buyer needs to contact artist directly to arrange for a refund and return. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer. Refund of the cost of the piece will happen AFTER the artist has received the piece and inspected for damage.

Buyer owns the original art piece.

Reproduction and commercial rights remain with the artist. (This means the artist can use the photography they already have to enter the piece in competitions or to display on/in the websites, books, magazines, social media, etc.)
